Free & Subsidized Childcare Programs

Early Head Start (OTR Only)

Our OTR location also participates in the Early Head Start program, designed to support infants and toddlers from birth to age three. This program provides comprehensive early learning, health, and family well-being services for eligible families — helping ensure every child gets the best possible start.

Cincinnati Preschool Promise

Families with gross household income up to 300% of the Federal Poverty Level may qualify for tuition coverage through the Cincinnati Preschool Promise program. This initiative helps make quality preschool education accessible to more Cincinnati families.

Childcare Assistance (DCY Vouchers)

The DCY Childcare Assistance Program provides financial support to help eligible families cover the cost of quality childcare. Through the DCY Vouchers, families can access licensed childcare providers while parents work, attend school, or participate in approved training programs. Eligibility is based on household income and family size.
